Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking talented A Grade Pharmacists to join our dynamic Customer Care Department.
- Provide customer support via phone calls and respond to queries across all social media platforms.
- Understand customer issues and deliver effective, timely resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and consistent follow-ups.\
- Offer accurate information about Arogga’s products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Read and interpret a doctor’s handwriting to understand prescriptions accurately.
- Possess a solid understanding of the generics and brand names of medicines.
- Demonstrate teamwork skills and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
