- Candidate having working experience with ZARA will get preference.
- Should have strong knowledge in manual and computerized pattern making.
- Must have experience in GERBER software.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize CAD software (Gerber) for garment pattern and marker making for knit products.
- Independently prepare and develop accurate patterns.
- Draw and plot patterns to minimize errors and fabric consumption.
- Collaborate with the product development team to meet buyer demands.
- Develop and prepare samples of knit garments based on buyer requirements.
- Ensure accurate booking and consumption of fabric, thread and zippers.
- Proficiently create and prepare development, SMS, Size Set, PPS Pattern independently through Gerber Software.
- Workout the most efficient pattern for costing and buyers order/style.
- Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
- Verify and check the pattern to ensure the accuracy of the measurement of the garments.
- Maintain CAD documents archive and retrieval for projects CAD software inventory.
- Communicate with Product Development to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting buyer’s demand.
