- In-depth knowledge of tax regulations, corporate finance, and banking.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with multi-location finance operations and diverse industry sectors is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise and control the accounts and finance functions of all group companies across multiple locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements for tax filing and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, train, and mentor all Accounts & Finance personnel across the Group.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with governance protocols.
- Manage relationships and negotiations with banks and financial institutions for loan arrangements, renewals, and settlements.
- Assist in sourcing and mobilizing new financing, including from local banks, non-banking financial institutions (NBFIs), and international sources.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with both government and private sector banks.
- Support the reconciliation of loan accounts and maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and banking needs.
- Collaborate with the central finance unit to ensure alignment and provide necessary support to group businesses.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all sensitive financial and strategic information.
- Serve as the custodian of corporate governance in financial matters, ensuring internal controls, transparency, and accountability.
- Actively participate in key business decisions including mergers, acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (HR, Operations and Legal) to support cross-functional initiatives and performance improvements.
