Responsibilities & Context
- Financial statement preparation.
- Handle daily banking activities.
- Daily petty cash management.
- Deposit TDS & VDS challan to the bank.
- Preparation of cash requisition.
- Day to day posting to the cash ledger and prepare cash certificate daily.
- Adjust employees advance ledgers and IOU slip.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
- Should be well conversant with MS Office application (Especially in Excel).
- Payroll Management.
- Knowledge on Export and Import.
- Local supplier payment process.
