Responsibilities & Context
Sales & Marketing:
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.
- Set sales targets and take appropriate steps to ensure each salesperson meets their sales targets.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team.
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
- Defining and executing territory sales plan.
Budgeting:
- To prepare a budget plan of the year keeping in view the competitor’s stand point in the market and to get all necessary support and assistance from the Management of the company in order to achieve the objective.
- Prepare the marketing expenses and obtain management approval.
Credit Control:
- Perform regular reconciliation and analysis of credit recovery streams and monitor collection processes for accuracy
- Develop key recovery metrics and implement them among the team member.
- Work with risk management to identify current and potential credit risks and develop suitable mitigation/prevention strategies.
Collaboration:
- To give input to PMD for preparing an ‘Action Plan’ for each quarter that will be followed by each sales man throughout the quarter.
