Responsibilities & Context
Proactively engage with individual customers to promote the lounge service, foreign exchange facility, and a broad range of banking products. Build meaningful relationships to ensure consistent service excellence and long-term satisfaction. Maintain a clear understanding of customer needs to offer personalized solutions, while keeping them informed about travel endorsements and foreign exchange quotas. Highlight key benefits of available services and identify relevant cross-selling opportunities across deposits, loans, and credit cards.
- At the Airport Lounge:
(i) Deliver personalized service to high net worth and traveling customers
(ii) Greet guests warmly to create a welcoming and premium experience
(iii) Assist with banking queries and provide on-the-spot support
(iv) Enhance the bank’s brand through professional and attentive service
(v) Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities for banking products.
- At the Exchange Booth:
(i) Accurately process foreign currency exchanges with diligence
(ii) Verify passport endorsements and monitor annual foreign exchange limits
(iii) Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations
(iv) Stay updated on all relevant foreign exchange policies and guidelines
(v) Contribute to booth profitability through efficient, customer-centric service
