Requirements
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters degree in any discipline
Educational Requirements:
- MBA/Master’s in any discipline from reputed university with no third division in academic records.
- Completion of JAIBB/AIBB will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 02 (Two) years working experience in Banks/NBFIs in related field.
- Candidates having experience in using Finacle or credit transaction related CBS will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context
Position: Credit Operations/Disbursement Officer, Credit Administration Division (JO to Officer)
Job Grade: Junior Officer to Officer
Job Nature: Permanent
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Credit operations (SME, Corporate, Home & Retail Loans):
- Limit loading/limit creation
- Loan account creation & disbursement
- Installment realization, partial settlement, final settlement etc.
- Restructuring and rescheduling of loans.
- Collateral maintenance.
- Lien maintenance.
- Security tagging.
- Charge realization (stamp, CIB, Legal, Survey etc.)
- Maintenance of interest rate.
- MIS input, deceased marking etc.
- Refinance, reconciliation etc.
- Any other ad-hoc task as and when required.
