Responsibilities & Context
Job Description
- Visit the market regularly. Get new projects, clients and business opportunities.
- Generate Sales over phone and/or email.
- Report daily activities in writing.
- Research, prospect, and establish leads for corporate relationships i.e. managing relationships with existing key customers and Establishing relationships with new customers.
- Analyze competitors’ products. Compare ours to them. Determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and additional market needs.
- Answer customers’ questions. Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
