Additional Requirements

- Excellent communication skill in English, Bangla, Hindi is mandatory.
- Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven and have good personality to cooperate a merchandising team.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
- Must have sound knowledge on Knit product.
- Should have excellent knowledge on computer MS office packages.
Responsibilities & Context
- Should have good knowledge of Seamless/Exhaust garment dyeing (Especially for the synthetic substrates (either in the form of yarn and fabrics) like Nylon, polyester).
- Good knowledge of Shade matching, Spectrophotometer, Hand-feel, Recipe making, Shift handling, Dyeing Plan Execution and Lab testing, Quality.
- Communicate with inter department smart & dynamic way.
- Handle all dyeing issues with departmental senior.
- Follow-up dyeing parameters and ensure that production meets customer quality.
- Follow-up time and action plan properly and update production report daily basis.
- Maintain all relevant dyeing files & data, reports etc.
- Any other relevant task assigned by Management.
