Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and refine short-term and long-term strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the execution of strategic initiatives to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, including competitor benchmarking, industry trends, and customer insights.
- Identify growth opportunities and potential risks, presenting actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress of strategic initiatives.
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
- Work closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business units, helping them align activities with organizational priorities.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and business scenarios to support decision-making.
