Responsibilities & Context
Anwar Landmark Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously and a strong understanding of real estate development processes. You can send your CV to

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage several residential and commercial construction projects from initiation to handover
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of project engineers, site personnel, and subcontractors
- Ensure timely project completion within budget while maintaining high-quality standards
- Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance protocols
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and planning departments to streamline project execution
- Prepare project reports, budgets, and schedules for management review
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed
