Responsibilities & Context
- Set & Achieve Targeted Business Metrics: Daily/Monthly/Yearly sales targets. Explore & Onboard new Franchisees as per target.
- Visit Franchisee Stores as per plan.
- Coordinate with concerned for offer/Marketing for catchment communication & Visual Merchandise for In-store visibility.
- Work with Franchisee for store’s sales revenue & profitability enhancements as per plan.
- Ensure stock availability by category-wise & store wise and coordinate with the product management team.
- Daily Monitoring of Business targets.
- Formulate Instore Promotions.
- Monthly Training Calendar for Franchisee Floor Staff.
