Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in managing daily transaction processing and settlement functions to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Monitor settlement activities across payment systems, banking channels, and financial platforms.
- Perform reconciliation of financial transactions and identify discrepancies for resolution.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements for transaction accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with banks, payment partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve settlement issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal risk control measures.
- Assist in preparing transaction reports for management and regulatory audits.
- Handle exception management, Dispute and refunds in a timely manner.
