Job Grade: Principal Officer to First Assistant Vice President

Key Job Responsibilities:

Manage all types of Agent Banking Operational Activates.
Prepare all types of Policy for Agent Banking formation.
Being accountable to deliver business forecast, target market analysis, strategic initiatives to meet business vision.
Develop and design nationwide Agent expansion network;
Develop, design and take financial approval of agent banking products/service, promotional plan & strategy formulation.
Coordinate with internal & external audit team in terms of audit requirements time to time and closely work with them to manage/follow-up the audit issues.
Coordinate with internal AML team and Agents to solve the AML issues.
Conduct all works regarding Agent interview, selection, securing approval from Board and Bangladesh Bank, agreement signing and onboarding etc.
Control and monitor nationwide field force team who are working for Agent banking business development.
Communicate and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to get the deliverables on time.
Manage Agent Banking field office team.
Prepare standard operating procedure and support to ABS implementation team.
Any other assignment required for Agent Banking Operation.
