- These positions are based in Bhola Sadar Upazila, Bhola
- It is a condition of employment that staff abides by all agency security and safety protocols, policies and procedures
- Desirable Requirements:
- Strong understanding on Youth Economic Empowerment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and project staff
- Excellent report writing skills in both English and Bengali·
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Team player with experience in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environments for achievement of org.
