Responsibilities & Context
Essential Requirements·
- Experience on report writing both English and Bengali·
- These positions are based in Bhola Sadar Upazila, Bhola.·
- It is a condition of employment that staff abides by all agency security and safety protocols, policies and procedures
Desirable Requirements·
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools·
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and project staff·
- Excellent report writing skills in both English and Bengali·
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.·
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines·
- Team player with experience in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environments for achievement of org.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- This position is accountable to·
- Identify beneficiaries and compile data for documentation.·
- Facilitate session among the adolescent educator.· Accomplish home/household visit for smooth running the program.·
- Prepare monthly and quarterly activity plan.·
- Supported CHCP (Community Health Care Provider) for achieving their target activities.·
- Formation & reformation of CSG, UH&FWC Management Committee and conduct regular meeting.·
- Facilitate various session/training/orientation/workshop for CSG, UH&FWC Management Committee and health standing committee.·
- Facilitate session among the adolescent educator on SRHR &SGBV.·
- Support for establish referral linkage among community to CC to UH&FWC or UHC.·
- Support CSG, UH&FWC committee for fund raising with proper utilization and documentation.·
- Liaison with GoB. Health & Family planning staff, UP body, CSG, UH&FWC committee, stakeholder and civil society members at local level.·
- To build up strong relationship with GoB officials, UP body, UH&FWC, CHCP.·
- Regular follow up and visit CC & FWC.·
- Counseling to adolescent on SRHR issues at UH&FWC.·
- Ensure safety net treatment support for poor pregnant mother, Sponsorship Child, child under 5 years and adolescent.·
- Reporting and documentation Case Story, Monthly &
Quarterly quantitative and narrative report and submission in time.·
- Comply with safeguarding policy for children and young people.·
- Consider gender equality in organizing every program or activity in the community.·
- Organize & conduct Training for Union Children and Youths on Disaster Preparedness.·
- Any other task will be accomplished assign by the management.

Objective of this program is “All sponsored children especially girls & young women will be heard, live without fear of violence and will achieve their rights”.
