Aurora Specialized Hospital, located in Kakrail, Dhaka, is currently seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager (Internal Audit). This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our healthcare services while working in a supportive and challenging environment.
Location: 19/1 Kakrail, Dhaka-1000.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement audit strategies to ensure compliance with reputed hospital policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of financial statements, operations, and processes.
- Identify areas of potential risk and suggest improvements to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective internal controls.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommendations.
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Conduct special audits and investigations as required.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual audit plan.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Provide support and supervision to junior audit staff as needed.
- Possess knowledge of VAT, AIT, and TDS.
- Understand BIDA regulations, IRC, LC, and shipment procedures.
- Costing abilities of hospitals wings.
