Responsibilities & Context
Teach Basic English Language Skills
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate English lessons focused on speaking, listening, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
Create a Child-Friendly Learning Environment
- Use songs, stories, games, and visual aids to make learning interactive and fun for young children.
Develop Lesson Plans
- Prepare weekly lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the academy’s curriculum and learning goals.
Monitor Student Progress
- Assess and track each child’s language development, and provide feedback to parents and the academy as needed.
Classroom Management
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.
Parent Communication
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and classroom activities.
Encourage Participation and Confidence
- Motivate children to speak confidently in English through positive reinforcement and encouragement.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with fellow instructors and staff to plan events, workshops, and special learning activities.
Participate in Training and Development
