Responsibilities & Context
Our customer relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for maintaining and improving customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, generate sales and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Providing support: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing information and advice.
- Analyzing data: Analyzing customer data to identify patterns and insights.
