Responsibilities & Context
- Create accounts receivable entries in ERP
- Maintain sales volume data in the system
- Review and approve customer-wise sales transactions
- Adjust prices and discounts in the system as per approved documentation
- Post adjustments for weight loss, sales returns, and other necessary corrections
- Check and verify expense and supplier bills
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure necessary settlements are completed
- Check asset-related bills and maintain records
- Archive all sales documents systematically for audit and other reference purposes
- Preparation of monthly financial statements
- Perform ledger reconciliation as and when required by the management or audit team.
