Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

Experience

  • 1 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Banks, Telecommunication, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Ability to manage priorities and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality deliverables.
  • Sound knowledge of: TCP/IP Protocols, GSM, APIs, Programming Languages & Scripting, Operating Systems, Databases, and Networking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities & Context

Monitoring, Event & Incident Management

  • Monitor services, networks, data centers, and security aspects through dashboards and alerts.
  • Ensure timely circulation of event and incident notifications.
  • Contribute to technical integration and automation of monitoring tools.
  • Support Level 2 (L2) and other relevant operational activities.

Level 1 Support

  • Provide first-level support for services, networks, security, and data center infrastructure.
  • Conduct sanity checks and quality assurance testing post-deployment.
  • Offer necessary support during incidents and engage relevant teams to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with third-party vendors.

Service Desk Operations

  • Carry out regular service requests in accordance with SLAs.
  • Manage email communications efficiently and ensure timely responses.
  • Analyze system logs to identify and resolve issues.
  • Communicate planned maintenance activities to stakeholders.
  • Participate in and follow up on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
