Drive corporate client acquisition by proactively identifying and approaching potential organizations to promote Group Life and Health insurance solutions tailored to their specific business needs.
Consistently achieve sales targets through lead conversion, consultative client engagement, and successful deal execution.
Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction, seamless policy renewals, and long-term partnership growth.
Leverage market insights and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies and enhance competitive advantage in group sales.
Collaborate closely with underwriting, operations, and client service teams to ensure smooth policy implementation and consistently high service standards throughout the client journey.
