Responsibilities & Context
- Collect, organize, and validate working hours data received from partner factories.
- Identify inconsistencies, anomalies, or signs of data manipulation or non-transparency.
- Analyze patterns of excessive working hours in comparison to legal or agreed limits.
- Transforming data in the excel format/available system.
- Reporting – Daily/Weekly/Monthly.
- Collaborate with teams to flag high-risk factories.
- Any other related requirements as necessary.
