Responsibilities & Context
ChefOnline is a UK-based National Online Food Ordering Portal for restaurants and takeaways across the UK. We seek an enthusiastic Supervisor/Executive, Customer Support (Night Shift) to provide enterprise-level customer support.
- Ability to manage a team, showcasing strong leadership and administrative skills.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating environment for team members to excel.
- Act as the first line of technical support by researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and providing accurate solutions and prompt feedback to resolve customer issues.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.
- Follow standard procedures for properly escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Performing other relevant tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
- Perform detailed research and analysis to resolve complex customer issues, employing diverse troubleshooting methods to deliver effective solutions and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive training to customers on products and services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the features, benefits, and usage of each offering.
- Regularly assess the performance of team members against set KPIs and objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans to address performance gaps and enhance skills.
- Demonstrate exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on creating an incredible approach in customer interactions to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
