    Poultry

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 35 years
  • 1 – 2 years in customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.
  • Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, CRM software, and email communication.
  • Experience using online chat, call center software, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The applicant must have a laptop and an Android phone.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Type: Full-Time (Shift-based, including night shifts when required).

Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Service:

  • Provide appropriate assistance to customers based on their needs.
  • Identify issues, provide information, and escalate when necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and online chat promptly and efficiently.
  • Process customer orders, forms, and other relevant data.

Follow-Up & Communication:

  • Ensure appropriate follow-up on customer calls and messages.
  • Maintain professional communication via email, phone, and other channels.
  • Build relationships with potential new customers and assist in lead generation.

Data Entry & Reporting:

  • Accurately store customer information in the database.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management.

Service Improvement & Teamwork:

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service quality.
  • Continuously work on service improvement to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain a positive brand image.
