- Bachelor in Civil Engineering from any Recognized University.
Responsibilities & Context
RN Enterprise, a first-class government contractor, construction firm, and real estate company, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who meets the following requirements:
- Strong background in civil engineering, construction, project management, or real estate development.
- Experience with tendering, bidding, BOQs, and contract negotiations.
- Preferable experiences in land development, dredging, large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
- Skilled in strategic planning, business development, and making high-level decisions to drive growth.
- Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with land acquisition, permits, taxation, labor laws, and dealing with government bodies (RAJUK, BIWTA, LGED, PWD, REHAB etc.).
- Excellent client relations and partnership-building skills with government, corporate, and international stakeholders.
- Knowledge of modern construction technologies, and digital project management tools.
- Strong team leadership with experience in managing diverse workforces and handling workforce development and labor relations.
- Experience handling project delays, political risks, legal disputes, supply chain disruptions, or financial downturns.
Job Location: Level 15, 13/A Bir Uttam C.R. Datta (Sonargaon) Road, Bangla Motor, Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh, and project sites as required.
