Additional Requirements

Prepare Monitoring Report of respective duty hours and disseminate the report to higher management team members.
Prepare Daily Update Status Report on selected patient and disseminate the report to higher management team members.
Review the clinical notes of all new patients getting admitted through ED at night for verifying completeness of information in addition to random checking of clinical notes of previously admitted patients.
Prepare report on ED patient contacts (admitted and discharged patients from ED) and disseminate to the higher management team members.
Make at least three rounds in Cabin block, General Ward, Special Care Unit and Critical Care Units of the hospital during mid-night and report all notifyable events/incidents.
Prepare & monitor daily duty roster of medical officer.
Organize counselling session by respective consultants after completion of any Medical Board for any patient with homogeneity of message content.
Random interview of patients and/or attendants for assessing satisfaction level.
Submit primary investigation report on issues/ incidents related to clinical services as assigned by the supervisor.
Coordinate effective referral from and to respective departments for outside consultants.
Coordinate interdepartmental and intradepartmental activities.
Report all procedures conducted by outside Consultants.
Report all IPD patient visits by outside consultants.
