Responsibilities & Context
- Client Searching & lead collection.
- Convert lead to prospect client.
- Solicit potential clients to buy, sell properties.
- Client meeting, Project visit, Continuous follow-up with clients.
- Advice clients on prices, market conditions and related information.
- Compare properties to determine a competitive market price.
- Generate list of properties for sale including details such as locations and features.
- Take prospective buyers or renters to see the properties.
- Mediate negotiations between buyer and seller.
- Ensure that all terms of purchase contracts are met.
- Maintain good relation with clients.
- Learn Product Knowledge, objection handling.
