- Fluent in Bengali and English (spoken and written). Hindi or other languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with international clients, especially from Bangladeshi communities.
- Knowledge of European visa processes is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and online messaging platforms.

Job Title: Customer Service Executive – European Work Permit Visa Services
Location: JCX Business Tower, Plot – 1136/A, Japan Street, Dhaka 1229, Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Explain and promote European work permit visa services to online clients from the Bangladeshi community worldwide.
- Convert incoming leads into successful sales using persuasive communication and deep knowledge of visa processes.
- Maintain accurate client records, including documentation and follow-upsidaisy with the internal visa processing team to ensure smooth application handling.
- Handle complaints or issues with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Stay up-to-date with visa requirements and policy changes in European countries.
