- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Collaborate with internal departments to solve customer issues efficiently.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.
