Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields from a reputed university: Textiles (Apparel, TEM, FMT), IPE, SCM, HRM, Management, Marketing, Fashion Design.
- Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Knit Industry Management (KIM) from BRAC University or PGD in Garment Business (GB) from IBA, University of Dhaka will be considered an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI (preferred).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Leadership potential and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee and optimize production processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Analyze and improve quality control systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement industrial engineering solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Support merchandising activities, including product planning, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Assist in process optimization, data analysis, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to deliver strategic business objectives.
- Prepare and present reports, project outcomes, and recommendations to leadership.
