Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Delivery Scheduler to coordinate and schedule deliveries for our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products, managing logistics, and communicating with customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries with logistics providers and internal teams
- Manage delivery schedules, track shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery dates, times, and any changes
- Ensure compliance with delivery timelines and customer expectations
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery experience
