- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe PDF tools, and CRM/project tracking software.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks remotely, and take full ownership of deliverables.
Responsibilities & Context
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven RFP Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, completing, and submitting Requests for Proposal (RFPs) on behalf of our clients. This position is central to our business development efforts, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is organized, persuasive, and experienced in managing complex documentation and tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify qualified RFP opportunities through government portals, private contracting sites, and other channels.
- Draft, customize, and submit a minimum of 2 RFPs per day (with a target of 3 daily submissions) on behalf of multiple clients across various industries.
- Coordinate directly with U.S.-based clients to gather necessary documentation, certifications, pricing structures, and scope-specific information.
- Organize, lead, and participate in Zoom or phone meetings with clients and procurement representatives to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
- Proactively manage timelines and submission schedules to meet all deadlines without exception.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of submitted proposals, status updates, outcomes, and any requested revisions or supplemental materials.
- Follow up on previously submitted RFPs to track progress, provide requested clarifications, and ensure client engagement until resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and proposal support teams as needed to ensure content quality, compliance, and strategic alignment.
Compensation & Other Benefits
● Base Monthly Salary: Negotiable based on Experience.
● Commission: 10,000 per RFP that is successfully accepted and sold
