Responsibilities & Context
ROLE OBJECTIVE:
- Led the report automation transition, ensuring a seamless project rollout while improving efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
- Managed internal and customer UAT, verifying data accuracy and system functionality for key modules, including Reporting, Trouble Ticket, Work Order, Change Management, and Alarm Monitoring.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including R&D, IT, and Business Units, to optimize reporting workflows and resolve system integration challenges within target deadlines.
- Supervised the development and automation of reporting solutions, ensuring seamless handover of report logic to R&D teams after customer approval.
- Implemented and optimized SQL-driven data models, enhancing data extraction, transformation, and visualization efficiency for business reporting.
- Oversaw the execution of automated reporting on Linux servers, utilizing Python, SQL, and SFTP for scheduled data transfers and processing.
- Designed and managed Power BI dashboards, enabling leadership teams to make data-driven decisions with structured insights from SQL databases.
- Mentored and guided team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in automation, data analytic, and reporting.
- Spearheaded workflow automation initiatives using Power Automate and RPA UiPath, reducing manual reporting efforts and improving process efficiency.
- Led the centralized Data Analysis & Reporting team, driving automation and data-driven decision-making across multiple domains, including Management, NOC, NPO, SOC, OSS, and PMO.
- Managed end-to-end report automation projects, ensuring seamless data analysis, report delivery, and dashboard development to support key business functions.
