Responsibilities & Context
ROLE OBJECTIVE:
- Act as SOC Operation Manager which is under SOC domain
- Take in charge of Tier 2 service of CCH (Customer Complaint Handling).
- Manage SQM (Service Quality Mornitoring ) and troubleshoot process.
- Improve the efficiency of CCH by tool and management approach and create add-value from SQM service.
- Fulfill GP request for SOC Operation with tool, process and member skill tuning.
