Responsibilities & Context
- Greet over phone and welcome patients, visitors, and guest in a warm and professional manner.
- Receive all incoming letters, parcel and ensure daily PABX services.
- Control telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
- To provide accurate information about doctors, sitting time, departments, location of services provided etc.
- Answering telephone calls and conversation politely.
- Coordinating patients with admission procedures.
- Dealing with all requests in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Scheduling appointments for patients.
- Making sure that the appointments system runs smoothly.
- Accurately collecting information and personal details about patients.
