Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for competent personnel for the post of ” Executive- Compliance” for the Argon Spinning Ltd. located at Nizampur, Fakirabad, Hobiganj Sadar, Hobiganj. the incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.

Implement compliance requirements as per buyer COC & required legal standards.
Identify the non-compliance issues in the factories by conducting an internal audit.
Take the necessary initiative to remedy all non-compliance findings.
Responsible for ensuring a healthy working place and maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene, and environment.
Provide compliance training to the concerned staff and workers.
Prepare & update all compliance-related documents/registers as per buyer requirements.
Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
To face audits like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT, Higg, OCS, RCS, GOTS, etc. for different kinds of buyers.
Attempt to achieve continuous improvement and follow the best practices.
Maintaining and following up licenses and certificates along with necessary legal documents.
Offer and face all First and third parties’ Social Compliance / Sustainability audits.
Ensure no Child labor, Discrimination-free working environment, Minimum Wages, etc., at the time of worker recruitment & payment
