Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:·
- Develop and manage fashionable ladies bag designs using PU leather and synthetic materials·
- Prepare costing sheets for new product developments
- Coordinate, communicate and connect with international buyers/customers·
- Have strong communication with accessory suppliers and ability to manage sourcing·
- Handle production follow-ups and ensure timely sample developments·
- Collaborate closely with the production team to meet quality and delivery timelines·
- Lead and supervise a team of merchandisers (for managerial roles)·
- Liaise with design, development, and production teams for smooth workflow
- Job Location Corporate Office at Dhaka and Factory at Valuka Zone.
