2+ years of experience in fashion design (preferably in an export-oriented garment factory).
Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD).
Knowledge of fabric properties, garment construction, and pattern making.
Understanding of buyer-specific design requirements and market trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Research global fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and trims for upcoming seasons.
Create innovative designs, sketches, and tech packs for knit garments.
Develop mood boards, concept presentations, and sample collections for buyers.
Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
Oversee sample development and provide feedback for improvements.
Work closely with buyers to align designs with their requirements.
Ensure designs meet quality, fit, and compliance standards.
