Responsibilities & Context
Job Context: We are looking for a young and dynamic Site Engineers in civil construction projects with at least 6 years’ experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain safety and secure work environment.
- Submit daily progress report to the senior management & monitoring work flow & steps of the process.
- Understand the drawing Civil work clearly.
- Implementation of all types of project work from site.
- Ensure workers efficiency on site and ensure team effort to accomplish result.
- Maintains accounting procedure by keeping daily transaction record in cash book, keeping head wise vouchers (Conveyance, Entertainment, Stationary, Food, Tool etc.) properly.
- Maintain stock register, worker attendance & give weekly report to senior.
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Oversee the on-site workforce, including workers and ensuring they work efficiently and according to project guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, such as work logs, site reports.
