Responsibilities & Context
Globalwings is seeking a highly motivated and articulate Student Counselor for UK to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or final-year students from reputed universities who are eager to begin a rewarding career in the education consultancy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and personalized counseling to students interested in studying in UK
- Guide students through the complete admission and student visa process
- Maintain updated knowledge of UK education systems, institutions, and immigration policies
- Assist in document preparation and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines
- Handle student and parent inquiries professionally across various communication channels
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications & Skills Required:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Age between 20 to 35 years (flexible for candidates with relevant experience)
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, think creatively, and take initiative
- Knowledge of the UK education system and student visa procedures is a plus
- Previous experience in education counseling, or student advisory services, is preferred but not mandatory.
