Responsibilities & Context

Habib Bank Limited (HBL), a foreign bank operating in Bangladesh is looking to hire an Officer – ADC Operations, HBL Bangladesh to manage and execute VISA and NPSB local and international transaction settlements across POS and ATM channels. The role involves comprehensive reconciliation of all card accounts, effective dispute management, fee realization, and delivering exceptional customer support. Responsibilities also include card management and user support for applications and ADC (Alternate Delivery Channels) related projects.

Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (subject to transfer to any other location within the country).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute VISA and NPSB transaction settlements for POS and ATM.
  • Manage dispute resolution and ensure timely reconciliation of card accounts.
  • Provide customer support related to card transactions and ADC services.
  • Prepare ADC-related regulatory reports for supervisor review and timely submission.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
  • Coordinate with local banks and peers to resolve disputes efficiently.
  • Manage card production requests and ensure timely delivery to branches.
  • Ensure SLA-compliant turnaround time (TAT) for debit card delivery.
  • Collect issuance and annual fees for Visa debit cards to ensure 100% realization.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports of ADC systems.
  • Maintain documentation for processes, SOPs, and system configurations.
  • Assist in implementing new ADC solutions and system upgrades.
  • Participate in UAT, requirement gathering, and coordination with IT and vendors.
