- Ability to analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Experience with flour milling equipment and processes.
Responsibilities & Context
Hashem Flour Mills Ltd, a leading flour production factory under Sajeeb Group, is looking for a qualified Sr. Manager/AGM – Maintenance to lead its maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of machinery, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting efficient production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance, operation, and optimization of all mechanical systems within the flour mill, including milling machinery, conveyors, elevators, and other plant equipment.
- Coordinate with the production, electrical, and other departments to ensure proper integration of mechanical systems.
- Manage projects related to machinery upgrades, installations, and capacity expansion.
- Train and mentor mechanical engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Review and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources for mechanical repairs and upgrades.
- Report on mechanical performance, project progress, and issues to the senior management team.
