Requirements

Education

Educational Requirements:

  • Master’s in any discipline from reputed university with no third division in academic records.
  • MBA or Professional degree in Human Resource will be given preference.

Experience

  • At least 10 years

Additional Requirements

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 (ten) years of working experience in commercial Bank/ NBFI with at least 7 (seven) years’ experience in Human Resource Division.

Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:

  • Strong expertise in HR analytics and workforce planning, with in-depth knowledge of labor laws and employee relations.
  • Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Good communication skill in English.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Position: Head of Human Resource Division

Job Grade: Senior Assistant Vice President to Senior Vice President

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the Bank.
  • Oversee workforce planning processes to ensure optimal staffing levels across divisions and branches.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Formulate, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Administer a robust performance management system to drive high performance and accountability across the organization.
  • Lead the Bank’s learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs, organizing effective programs, and evaluating their impact.
  • Support the Bank’s current and future business needs through effective talent development, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and a performance-driven culture.
  • Manage all HR operations, including compensation and benefits, HR budgeting, employee relations, separation processes, and disciplinary matters.
  • Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement by fostering an inclusive culture and supporting diversity initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit guidelines.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with relevant government agencies and regulatory bodies.
