- Minimum 10 (ten) years of working experience in commercial Bank/ NBFI with at least 7 (seven) years’ experience in Human Resource Division.

- Good communication skill in English.

Responsibilities & Context
Position: Head of Human Resource Division
Job Grade: Senior Assistant Vice President to Senior Vice President
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the Bank.
- Oversee workforce planning processes to ensure optimal staffing levels across divisions and branches.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Formulate, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Administer a robust performance management system to drive high performance and accountability across the organization.
- Lead the Bank’s learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs, organizing effective programs, and evaluating their impact.
- Support the Bank’s current and future business needs through effective talent development, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and a performance-driven culture.
- Manage all HR operations, including compensation and benefits, HR budgeting, employee relations, separation processes, and disciplinary matters.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement by fostering an inclusive culture and supporting diversity initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit guidelines.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with relevant government agencies and regulatory bodies.
