Additional Requirements

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
Assist the Supervisor in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote pharmaceutical raw materials.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights for strategic planning.
Creating a short- and long-term sales plan aimed at achieving specified revenue objectives and overall business growth.
Guide and mentor team members to develop them up.
To communicate overseas principals (manufacturers/suppliers) for pharmaceutical samples, documents, prices etc. according to the customer’s requirement.
To make report of requirement list, sample submission detail, development status, test report status, commercial order status etc.
Address quality and technical issues related to commercial consignments by managing documentation and client complaints efficiently and effectively.
To research & study new products (i.e. API, Excipient, Packaging Materials, etc.) to enhance the product portfolios and meet market demands.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management, facilitating informed decision-making.
Establish and Maintain liaisons with Government Regulatory bodies to enlist the overseas principals (manufacturers/suppliers).
