Applications are invited on an urgent basis for this position in IAHS-H on the following terms and conditions:
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and physical examinations of patients;
- Diagnose and treat common and complex medical conditions;
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory and imaging studies.
- Administer medications, vaccines, and other treatments.
- Assist in emergency procedures and critical care when required.
- Provide care for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, including emergency department and pediatric wards.
- Participate in educational activities such as lectures, seminars, and case discussions.
- Supervise and mentor medical students and junior residents.
- Stay updated with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices in Medicine.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, social workers, and other specialists.
- Complete necessary documentation and reports related to patient care and treatment.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
- Engage in clinical research projects and contribute to research publications if applicable.
- Participate in clinical trials and contribute to the advancement of medicine.
- Any other task assigned by the authority.
