Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

- Age 23 to 29 years
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Office 365 applications.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and enterprise tools.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities & Context
- Provide first-level support for Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Share point etc.)
- Assist in user account management.
- Support Windows operating system-related issues(installation, updates, basic troubleshooting).
- Help document support procedures and FAQs.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff as needed.
- Monitor and report on system health using tool such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Defender for Endpoint and Azure Monitor.
- Assist with software installations, updates and license management.
- Participate in IT projects involving Microsoft technologies.
