Textile Today is looking for a dynamic and proactive Junior Executive (Distribution & CRM Management) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an energetic individual who is ready to take responsibility for managing distribution processes, client relationship management, and ensuring the smooth operations of our products and services across different channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage distribution channels, delivery schedules, and client service for magazines, training programs, and related services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain CRM database, ensuring accurate client records and follow-up actions.
- Support sales and marketing teams in executing campaigns and managing customer queries.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Handle day-to-day distribution activities, ensuring timely delivery and reporting.
