Reports To: Store In charge
Job Description
- Support the smooth operation of a retail store by assisting customers, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Helping Store In-Charge in maintaining accurate stock levels, receiving and organizing inventory, and handling returns.
- Helping Store In-Charge in hiring, training, and motivating staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining attractive displays and ensuring the store is visually appealing.
