Additional Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in screen printing operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of screen printing techniques, equipment, and production processes.

Ability to lead and motivate teams.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in production planning and control.

Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Plan, organize, and manage daily screen printing production schedules.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of screen printing staff.

Ensure product quality meets company and customer standards.

Monitor workflow to ensure optimal utilization of resources and minimal downtime.

Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure machines are operating effectively.

Maintain production documentation, including job orders and quality records.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with other departments (e.g., design, warehouse, QA) to meet production goals.

Manage inventory of inks, screens, chemicals, and other printing supplies.

Train and develop team members to improve skills and productivity.
